Ingrassia seems a bit conflicted.
He seems to want to say that Ukraine is bad because (to them) Ukraine is nothing more than a rebellious part of Russia.
But then again, he also seems want to deny anything bad about the Confederacy or the role of slavery in the decisions of those states to secede.
...and this is the guy that Trump has nominated to head the Office of Special Councel. Among other duties, this office's:
"primary mission is to safeguard the merit system in federal employment by protecting employees and applicants from prohibited personnel practices (PPPs), especially reprisal for "whistleblowing". "

Why do these people hate Ukraine so much. Its so hard to look at that conflict and not back Ukraine but these souless cunts actually manage to look at the conflict and back Russia their enemy.
C'mon now... They don't actually look at the conflict. Someone pays them to support one side over the other, and so they do.

Honestly even if it didn't have any bad associations I would hate it. It's just not an appealing flag, it looks awful.
Just a suggestion: Always prefer screenshots of Bluesky or Mastodon over screenshots of Twitter. It's a small thing but it's good to support alternatives whenever you can.
